Function

The cable junction box VKK 280x1 is designed to extend the connection cable of the load cell.
The extended main parallel junction boxes VKK 280x4, VKK 280x6 and VKK 280x8 are designed for the internal wiring of the load cell of the scale. In cases where high precision is required, the series resistance inside it can play a regulating role. The calibration jumper used is relatively simple and time-saving. Depending on the application, the VAK junction box can not only be used for the connection of a single load cell and the simple expansion of other sensors, but also for connecting the signals of multiple load cells (without additional adjustments).

VAK/VKK junction box, with a shell made of cast aluminum, polyester or stainless steel.
In order to facilitate the installation of cables in the junction box, all joints adopt threaded fixed terminals or spring terminal blocks.
The polyester shell is equipped with plastic grilles, while the aluminum and stainless steel shells are equipped with copper grilles. Stainless steel grilles are also available as an option

The bus-type junction box compatibility :VKK280x4 can connect 4 load cells, VKK 280x6 can connect 6 load cells, and VKK280x8 can connect 8 load cells. All junction boxes are universal. When used in high-temperature or explosive environments, cast aluminum casings are the preferred choice.
Polyester casings are mainly used in situations where they come into contact with corrosive media or extreme environments. Stainless steel casings are applicable to both of the above situations. Load cells with 4-wire and 6-wire connections can be connected together.
The junction box VKK is equipped with a potential balance plate, which is used to connect the load cell and the control electronic device for potential balance. For stainless steel junction boxes, the corresponding cables are directly connected to the assembly points of the junction boxes. All junction boxes ensure the correct cable shielding connection. Junction boxes for 2G/2D class explosion hazard areas are still available.
